AlterNet: The Nuttiness of King George the W

AlterNet: The Nuttiness of King George the W

It is extremely interesting the number of concerns we find out there about delaying the election his fall. Of course, it supposedly has to be approved by Congress and the U.S. House has voted against it. But we still have the same Supreme Court in place that elected would-be Emperor George and we also have the well-known history of Germany in the 1930s.

Conversely, there have been rumors about the Bush Administration leaning on Pakistan to come up with some "high value targets" in the weeks just prior to the election. There is allegedly even a memo where the requestors make suggestions to the Paki's as to who they might pickup in their dragnet... Osama B is at the top of their list! Maybe they'll finally bring the bastard in?

We already know that these people will stop at nothing to get themselves reelected.

If the October Surprise/Iran Hostage story from 1979/1980 is true, then election-contemporary event-tampering may very well run in the Bush family. Given what we've seen over the past 4 years, I don't find it difficult to believe that the current administration's mentors manipulated events in Tehran to influence the election and humiliate one of the few *true* Christian leaders of the modern world. Shame on them if they did.

In fact, shame on them anyway.

"Paki's" should have read "Pakistanis" without an apostrophe. My apologies to the editor.
